Family Research
The museum does research for those wishing to find details of a past officer who served in any of the forces which were once part of Cheshire. These records are being added to all the time as the collection grows.

First try the on-line catalogue entering the surname in the description field. If the details are not found fill in the form opposite with all the details you know and we will search all our records. This initial search is free of charge. If records are found then copies will be available for a small charge, depending on the amount of information involved. The maximum charge is £10.

You can also request copies of photographs or copies of the actual records. There will be a small charge for this service depending on the copies required.

We also do research into any historical policing incident which has happened in the area.
